5 Layer Reinforced Build: Five layers combine nylon tooth faces, thick chloroprene rubber, and aramid yarn reinforcement. The layered construction is built to handle hard acceleration, heavy loads, and demanding trail conditions.
Heat Rated to 338°F: Thick chloroprene rubber withstands clutch heat, bending, and aging better than a tired stock belt. The belt is rated up to 170°C (338°F) for demanding ATV and UTV conditions.
45,000 N Tensile Strength: Aramid yarn reinforcement gives the belt high tensile strength under load. The 45,000N tensile rating cuts down on stretch, slip, and power loss when the throttle is working hard.
Dual Nylon Tooth Faces: Nylon tooth faces on both sides add wear protection where the belt meets the clutch sheaves. The even tooth surface keeps contact cleaner and power delivery steadier through changing speeds.
